Fun & Games in Sumter National Forest

National Forests seem to be the quietest camping spots around. Easter morning, after a brief jelly-bean hunt in the van (I did say brief!), the kids created a three-segment path to roll marbles from the campfire into a reconstructed "fairy house." (You never know what innovations might be sparked when out of reach of electricity, TV and the internet.)

A jelly bean hunt in the van! Imagine that!!! It must have been challenging...........
No jelly beans here, but a delicious dinner at Annie's and a laid back Easter.
I'm packing my bags for KY and bringing two bucks for the races.
See you there!
