Traveling thousands of miles through a semi-tropical climate, Linda Gilbert presented Dave with a two pound block of two-year-old Shelburne Farms cheddar cheese in the lobby of Sterwood's Hotel, when we arrived in Tela, Honduras this afternoon! We can't wait to dig in! The delicious taste of home will be all the sweeter enjoyed so far from Vermont. We will, of course, share it with the other volunteers, to ease any pangs home-sickness they might have. Gracias

Thanks for the CHEESE!
