Today is National Public Lands day and what better a way to spend it than exploring the redwood groves of Jed Smith State Park. Weather is lovely so, after our picnic, Kim and I took a dip in the cool, clear Smith River.

Sounds as though you'll be spending it exactly as you would want - with kids and nature.
It was wonderful visiting with you and talking back and forth with our new means of communication. You all look so happy and healthy
