Fast-food; Mexican-style!

In every town, at every tope (speed bump – and there are plenty!), someone is selling something. We call it Mexican Fast Food – Drive Thru. Dave hands 20 pesos ($1.50 USD) to the man standing in the road. He hands in four hot tamalles, pollo (chicken); a delicous lunch. No telling how it was cooked, but it hits the spot! Bones are still in the chicken.

I found this link and if you haven't already checked it out, you may want to! You may find some interesting families here, and maybe they could help with your southern journey. Have fun, family on the road! http://www.familiesontheroad.com/
