Hair Extravaganza, by KIM
Early on our first morning in Honduras, I see the lady who wants to do my hair. So, I say "YES," but Mom still has to got to the bank. Still she lets us get our hair done and we promise to pay her manana. So, I sit still while Mom makes me practice spelling and naming the capitals of the Western States. I was so happy when it was done, because it really hurt. Then Mom made me put sunscreen in the white spaces on my head.
