The poverty in parts of Mexico can feel a bit overwhelming at times, especially when contrasted with the relative wealth of the gringos like ourselves enjoying this ocean front paradise. Assisted by a local microfinance project aimed at supporting women to earn money to gain adequate housing for themselves and their families; this woman provided snappy entertainment during a up-lifting fundraiser that we attened this evening!
